  • Orders of $240 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders are generally shipped through DHL or UPS, depending on the order.

  • Estimated carrier transit time is generally 5–8 business days after the processed order is handed to the carrier.

  • The overall estimated delivery timeframe is generally approximately 6–11 business days from successful order submission, excluding circumstances that may cause unexpected delays.

Order processing time and carrier transit time are separate periods.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, carrier operations, transportation disruptions, address problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Applicable taxes are included in product prices where required under our current pricing and tax practices. Shipping and delivery arrangements may involve third-party logistics providers and carriers.
